1952-53球季開始設立新人王獎項，至今也有超過60年的歷史。可以引起球迷熱烈地關注以及討論的新人從LeBron James之後也不常見，不發篇跟Blake Griffin相關的文章搞不好會被認為今年沒看NBA；加上我其實很好奇是不是有選秀狀元不是在當年摘下新人王的獎座，於是整理了歷年來新人王的得主，真的有一位選秀狀元不是在選秀當年拿下新人王的，結果還沒揭曉前，大家可以猜猜看。
